Terms & Conditions of Sale

We aim to be as transparent as possible regarding our terms & policies. Please note that when you purchase any of our items, you are confirming acceptance of our policies.

If you don’t agree with our policies please don’t purchase the items. Our descriptions are there as a guide and advice on what we are selling. Sometimes mistakes can be made so please ensure that you understand fully what you’re buying if not please contact us for a full item explanation before purchasing. This will save on disappointment and return costs.

All Items are unpacked for inspection/marking/photographed prior to leaving our premises, then are carefully re-packed to its original state.

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase they have made in our shop. We’re sure you’ll be delighted with your item, but there may be occasions where you feel it’s necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as easy as possible. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us ASAP, we are here to help.

 

If the item is damaged or defective

We would be more than happy to either refund the item or send a replacement.

Please contact us ASAP to notify us of any problems.

All damaged or defective must be returned to us prior to any refund or replacement taking place. We will cover the cost of price paid on the original invoice not including postage (within the UK only) after the return items have been received.

Please return all the goods within 7 days of purchase, in their original condition do not remove any tags/shrink wrap from the items and repack them with the original packaging to insure that the product is not damaged on its return journey.  When returning goods, we recommend sending them by a recorded delivery service and keeping proof of postage. Red Squarecannot be held responsible if return items are lost in transit.

 

Lost Items or Non Delivery

Items which may have been lost in transit will be replaced or refunded after 21 days. This is to allow the transportation companies to do the necessary checks or returns.

We can't be held responsible for items which have been return to us, due to customer not being available to take delivery. This also includes items returned back to depots after an attempt for delivery has been made. All items returned back to Red Square will require FULL payment of the transportation cost, as per original cost to Red Square (even when Free Delivery was applied), before it can be re-dispatched.

 

Unwanted Goods or Returns

Items can only be exchanged or refunded.  Please note that return posting and packing costs are non-refundable and at your own expense, Original posting costs (as per receipts from our transportation companies not invoice) will not be reimbursed and will be deducted from the refund. Please return the goods in their original condition do not remove any tags from the items and repack them with the original packaging to insure that that product is not damaged on its return journey. Items will not be accept if found to have been tapped with or damaged in anyway. When returning goods, we recommend sending them by a recorded delivery service and keeping proof of postage.  Red Square cannot be held responsible if return items are lost in transit.
