Delivery Information

Order Processing & Dispatch

All orders placed before 12:00pm (Monday-Friday) are dispatched from our warehouse the same day. Orders placed after 12:00pm during the week or at weekends are processed and dispatched the following working day.

During times of high demand (i.e. Christmas) there is likely to be a delay in the dispatch of your order. Please check our store’s front page for details and allow extra time for delivery. Please be aware that adverse weather conditions such as snow have an impact upon delivery times also.

Please allow 3 extra days delivery time for orders to Scottish Highlands & Islands or Northern Ireland. (Please note this areas may incur extra chargers.)


Pre-Orders ship via your chosen delivery as soon as items come into stock.

Choosing your Delivery Address

Once you’ve chosen your items, it’s essential that the decision of its destination it’s correct.

Please remember that all of our items, once bagged up and ready to ship, will not fit through your letter box, all items will require a signature upon delivery. Therefore it’s advisable to provide an address where someone can be in during the day (e.g. a work address).

Things to consider when choosing your delivery:

Signature may be required upon delivery, regardless of the delivery service you have opted for. If there is no-one in, you will be left a card, and will need to contact the Royal Mail to rearrange delivery for another day or collect the package from their depot. (The address for this will be on the calling card)

We will use the most appropriate method of dispatch depending on the weight and value of your order. (I.e. Royal Mail / Courier)

In the event that your delivery does not arrive as expected and you have not been left a card, (this can occur if the 'missed delivery' cards are mislaid or if you live in communal entrance flats, as sometimes the cards are not left at all (for safety reasons).please let us know, we will be able to supply you with a tracking number.

Please note that we must allow 15 working Days from the expected delivery date before we can send a replacement or cancel the order and process a refund.

Delivery Options

Your delivery options will be displayed when you proceed to pay and will be calculated depending on your order. We offer a choice of the following services for UK addresses:

FREE Delivery Service

All deliveries made using our FREE delivery service will generally be with you within 7 working days, though occasionally this can take a little longer so please allow up to 10 working days before contacting us. (Please note FREE Delivery service only applies to some promotional products)

Standard Delivery Service

Orders sent via Royal Mail Standard Class should usually arrive within 4-7 working days of your order being placed. In some cases your item will be with you the quicker, although this is not guaranteed.

First Class Delivery Service

Orders sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Delivery should usually arrive within 2-4 working days of your order being placed.

Special Delivery (Next Day)

Special delivery will 99% of the time will be delivered next day courier. Please ensure someone is available to except the parcel as a signature will be required upon delivery.

Order Tracking

If your order has been dispatched but you haven't received it yet within the time specified - please contact us we will be able to supply a tracking number

European & International Customers

Please email us prior to placing the order, with goods which as required so we can give you a shipping cost for your destination.
